    cheetah rudder placmet, single drive

    Hello all,
Im getting ready to drill my first cheetah hull. It is a single drive.
I thought I would ask the OSE knowledge base about rudder placement on this wide hull. All the single drive setups have the rudder on the right.
How far off the center-line should I place the rudder blade?
Im not racing, so I would prefer a balance of left - right turning performance.
    Thanks!!

    Larry,

The closer to the middle the better. Mount your strut, install the biggest prop you're likely to use, then mount rudder so that there's room for the rudder to go left without hitting the prop.
