ESC Guidance Needed

I'm reviving an old toy from my childhood to give my kids something to toy with on the dock at the lake. It has a 20" tunnel hull. If I throw this mini outboard motor on it using 2s lipo... what amp ESC do I need?

Couldn't go to wrong with a T120.
