OK, I have been kicking this around and just can't decide so I figured I'd ask those with more experience than I. I am selling my BK Bandit S here because I wanted to build a bigger cat (probably a Fightercat Daytona). I have had both a Stiletto and an Aeromarine Sprint Cat offered as possible trades and a cash offer. I think the Stiletto is a cool looking boat but am concerned about it's stability, especially compared to the larger cat I wanted to go with. Everything I can find on the sprint cat says it is a great boat, handles exceptionally well, etc. but it does not look as nice as the daytona.
I guess I wanted opinions- is Sprint Cat that good of a boat that I should overlook the cosmetics of it and go with it over a Daytona or will they perform similarly and I should just go for the looks of the Daytona, take the cash and buy a Daytona? The Sprint Cat is definitely "big" in comparison- 14" wide, it's gotta track very well! How about weight? Is the Aeromarine too heavy to perform like my Bandit or the Daytona speed wise or is it going to be an amp hog to get it going?
I hate to bring this here since the boats are being offered by members here, but I am just spinning my wheels trying to decide, so the time has come to "phone a friend" on this one :). Thanks guys.
