Hi guys, is any one in touch with CMDI? The reason being our club pres. ordered and paid for a twin 90 rigger well over a year ago. He waited all last year for the boat but hasn't got the rest of the parts required. He has also not had any response to emails. Steve Trott is a top bloke and our club and also much of the regattas that are held in NZ wouldn't happen without the time he puts into it. So If someone knows Andy Brown could they ask him to sort this out please, it would be much appreciated. Thanks, Peter.

Ok so my clubbie Steve, paid for his 90 twin near two years ago. He has the boat but is still waiting for a cowl and hardware including struts and tanks. Around $4500 US he forked out for it! He isn't getting any replies to emails or getting what he already paid for! Okay so basically does Andy Brown like being ripped off himself and is he comfortable about ripping other boaties, doesn't matter if they are not in the US? This is the third rigger Steve has got from CMDI and to screw over repeat customers is just no better.
SO, ANDY BROWN are you going to do the right thing and send the rest of the parts you owe???
I realise there are guys on here that are mates with Andy and I'm not trying to cause crap but fair is fair, none of you would be happy yourselves in such a situation...would you? Like I posted earlier Steve Trott is a top bloke, clubmate and passionate boater and it PMO that he has been treated this way!!

You could try getting a message to him via internationalwaters.com. I know there have been a lot of these problems on their with folks paying for stuff & not receiving things also with no replys to mail sent. These very problems have been going on for a long time, best of luck but don't hold your breathe though.

Interesting discussion, can't state wether there are problems with other guys or not. I can only tell I am a customer from Andy Brown for quite some time now and so far without issues, I'd rate their service very good and estimated delivery times were pretty reliable.
