6s lipo 5000mah

I left a 6s lipo 5000mah charge up about 11 month ago never use it , today i check volt is 11.4v

is this lipo still safe to charge up and use??

Check the balance of every cell and charge it in this mode.I see no safety problems despite the long time.Gill

As Gill said check each cell first to make sure that one or more cells aren't dead. It shouldn't have dropped that low. 11.4 volts for a 6s pack is way too low.
If all cells are about the same they will be below 2.0V so your charger won't charge them on 'Lipo' mode.

after a 20 min slow charge cells are at 3.77 , 3.76, 4.20, 3.78, 4.13 , 4.18

they will not go pass 3.85v , 3.87v, 4.20v , 3.86v, 4.14v, 4.19v so i guess 3 cell are damage.
