Looking for prop selection & ESC

I will be putting together a Whiplash P spec limited. Running a UL1 motor. Can anyone provide some good selections on Props. Would a M445 be one?
Also any information on a Turnigy 180 ESC would this be a good selection ? Is there a programing card that comes with this and if not would it be a good decision to pruchase? Or am I better off going with a Castle 120? Any input is greatly appreciated. Jerry

Have a look at the predominant prop in the P & P limited sport hydro classes at the last titles. The ABC H-5 was the most successful.
It's also the the one I prefer on my 33" Whiplash.

The Castle 120A or the Turnigy 120A Marine would be fine for the ESC.
