Can any one recommend a offshore cat for a second boat.

I highly recommend either the Proboat Miss Geico (V2), Blackjack (V2), or Aquacraft Motley Crew. These are proven RTR boats with solid motor/ESCs on 4S. Go check out the RTR section on OSE forum to learn more,

Those ProBoat and AquaCraft RTRs also turn better than narrow cats do. The PB hulls look like the traditional full-scale long/narrow offshore cats, the AQ cat is a model of the Skater offshore racers. All are reliable and can easily/cheaply be modded to go mid 40s+.

I think my motley turns a bit better than a buddies BlackJack, but I think mine is a bit slower in a straight line. Could be driver or setup...
Sold a long skinny H&M cat this spring, fast as stink in a straight line, really sucked in the turns!
Personally I'll never go for another long skinny hull, not into the SAW thing, we go in circles around here, need to go fast in the turns and straights.

Are you gonna race it or play with it? Do you want a RTR or to build up a hull?

My current favorite is the fightercat cheetah or aeromarine team beleaver but these are both bare hulls.
