Which one of these driviing styles describes you best?
    # 1 run the boat wide open from start to finish untill the batteries dump
#2 run your boat at low speeds
#3 decelerate and excerlerate hard and often
    #4 casual putter

That could be your problem-- ESCs overhead when not running WOT. Running partial throttle is very hard on them.
What is the rest of your setup? Prop, connectors, etc?

First thing that comes to mind is the lipos you are using has to low of c rating or battery wires are to long the shorter the better...If longer than 4in. use a cap bank..

I always keep it on plane theres always a heap of water coming out the exit I give it mayb 4sec bursts I cant hold it full throttle cause it flips everytime I bring it in batts r cool esc cool and motors cool I just don't understand I think im just cursed with electrics.im running 2 nanotech 5000mah 3s 45-90c discharge lipos in series now they look all black and half the heat shrink peeled open after a weekend at burnies the batt wires normal length and the series wire bout 3inchs.this last esc burst into flames on my bench the motor was twitching so I gave it sum throttle then it pretty much exploded huge fire.im starting to think it may have something to do with the motor? can motors malfunction and cause escs to burnout?

and yes running ESC,s with alot of on/off throttle will make them run warmer but I have never had them get to hot on me b/c of that reason..

What kv motor is it that your running on 6s? Also, if it flips every time you get wide open, perhaps you have too big of a prop, or too much pitch. You really need to set the boat up so you CAN run it wide open most of the time, otherwise you'll overheat esc's and turn them into boat brownies. I have done it several times through the learning curve also. Another thing is what wind(D or Y) is your motor and what is your timing set at?

The problem is the OP just does not understand much about FE boats. I doubt he'll have any better luck running gas. It takes time to learn how to make "scratch" setups run reliably and he can get help here - if he gives us good information. He says "everything runs cool" yet his batteries are overheating and swollen and his ESCs burn up! Sounds like the only thing running cool is his prop. He burns up a 200 amp ESC, then tries a 120 amp ESC? The problem is his totally inappropriate setup and lack of understanding of FE. But all is not lost....

He can fix the problem easily. Just run 4S not 6S. If he cannot run full throttle then why even plug in 6S? 4S will run cooler and no slower, the boat will stay on the water and the OP will have more fun. Try it.

Um YES! Didn't see the kv before my last post, this is the biggest issue, among others that have been highlighted!
On 4s your rpm is in a far more appropriate range, just under 30,000, on 6s you're running over 42,000, and have no use for the extra 12,000, which is why you're running at partial throttle cooking electronics. Step down to 4s, or a much lower kv motor, and do some homework to learn about what you're running and how this stuff works.

batteries r not swollen they just got burnt from 1 of the many esc fires. prop is 1.4 37mm 3blade.ive had hot setups before but this setup runs cool as.connectors r xt60s and 3.5mm bullets.just seems odd how 1 of the escs catch fire on my bench :S just giving it a bench test lol.but yea ima put another 200A in it and when it catches fire ima let it burn the whole boat I will make sure I film it

You should listen to some of that advice 6s on a 1900kv motor is to much. You also have 3.5mm bullets on something that will be pulling alot of power with a 37mm 3 blade prop. Most run 1600kv on 6s. You should look around at some other threads about boat setup, you should not be burning that many speedys up even people running SAW wouldn't go through that many that quick.

If you blow up a 200 why go down to a 120??
