25" abs hydro motor suggestions?

I have an old 25" abs hydro would like to update to brushless motor and run on 2s lipos. Need help picking out a motor kv..any suggestion would be much appropriated. Not for really high speeds and for low coast.. just a fun reliable boat. Thanks, Steve

I think even a velineon motor(3500kv) would scoot quite nicely on 2s. Keep a small prop say 30-32mm. So is it an MRP?

We run our 24"-26" sport hydros on 2S with 3500Kv, 36x60mm BL motors. With m440 props we hit low-mid 40s and lots of fun! Minimum 120 amp ESC. Drop the Kv to ~3000 and increase run times while still running a decent sized prop.
