Fiddly access help

Anyone got any tips to remove the far motor cap head fixing I want to replace the bearings in my motors, they were a pain when I installed them but I didn't have the stuffing tubes or collets in the way the later won't come off due to the stuffing tube in the way.

I can just about get an Allen key on it but it's tight as anything so welcome to suggestions!

Can you fit a flex extension on a ratchet?
