    Jigging of a rigger

I am in process of reworking a 33" fiberglass rigger thats inspired by the H&M Mr Krabs style. Its not an exact copy but a somewhat close replica.

The boat as it came had a really bad design with a small boom size- 6mm solid into 8mm tube. The tube on the sponsons was attached on the outside of the inside surface of the sponson with a large collar and tons of epoxy. Then on the inside of the tube they poured epoxy down the tube to affix the other end inside the fiberglass sponson.

My goal is to replace the tube with 11/32" brass through the tub cut flush with tube. The sponsons is to drill clean through and install brass through it much like JAE. I will let some stick out the inside edge and drill & bolt thru

My concern is on how to jig this hull so it is all setup straight. The tub has a ride pad only on one side and the bottom is a big radius along the length. The front pivots on the rear sponson boom to adjust angle of attack.
