    No.

That motor is to small for that boat... That ESC aint even close enough... Rudder is way to small. One battery aint enough, neeed two of those @ 5000 mah to get any usable enjoyment.

Those boats are well made from anything ive read. Very popular in the uk. That motor would likely work if you were running it on 12s. Its too low kv rating for 6s. Its rated for 4800 watts and 260 amps. You would need an esc nearly twice what you've listed.

If you really like that boat, there is no reason not to go with it. You may want to contact dave marles (the owner of prestwich models). hes a good guy and he can likely put something together for you. If he doesnt carry esc's that are enough to handle those motors, you can try http://shop.rcboatbitz.com.au/ they have their own branded escs (which are the same as the fighter cat's) that will handle that size of boat.

I think OSE does international shipping, so theres is another positive avenue.

That is a big boat and requires big money and it needs to be setup properly. 5692 motor size is what I will be using in a 42" 1 meter boat. This is greater than that and the motor selected is less in size. Might work but will be slow and need a smaller prop. The ESC for sure is way to small.

Thats a nice looking hull. I think you would be best with a HV setup. You could get away with the motor and esc but you'll be putsing around at about 40mph, and working the setup hard to do it. Thats decent speed in a 31 inch hull, but a boat that size looks really slow at only 40mph. Cats have less drag but Atomik's RTR 58" is only using a 120amp esc on 6s. You seem to be ready to drop some coin on that boat. You could go not much higher in price and have a boat everyone would be drooling over - MHZ. They have really nice mono's. They also have someone who builds the boats for you for some extra coin.
This MHZ is going to be my next purchase - hull is only 5 more GBP than your hull

That MHZ is one sweet a$$ boat!! I can't beleive how well it stays planted and handles @ the insane speeds it's doing.

Dare I ask how much a boat like that costs?? USD or GBP, I can do the conversion.

Its a big boy, 60". Calls for a twin drive setup. I priced an MHZ 45 cat. For the boat, with hardware, motors, and esc's was $1236 (U.S) shipped. Their builder charges around $500 (U.S).

I sent a quote request to MHZ for the boat in the video I posted as a twin drive. They sent a pdf with a parts list for a twin drive with lipos. Everything except radio and rcvr. It is around 1600 GBP.
