I'm having problems buying from kintec it keeps coming up PayPal cannot complete transaction seller has the wrong email address. Anyone else have this problem?

I sent Jan a polite product inquiry e-mail the week of April 8~12 (don't remember exact day) about custom flexshafts... http://kintecracing.com/Flex_Cables.html -- and never received a reply. Steve usually replies within 24hrs.
Jan has a nice carbon fiber boat carrier / stand that I want to get for transporting my IM-31 to the lakes (can't find any on OSE), also has CNC'ed aluminum props - x442 size (Steve / OSE is out) and lower price on the Seaking 120A speedo ($16.99 less) - but, Steve wins with the 180A (V3) $15.60 less.
This thread is one of several that I have seen lately about issues with Kintec, you guys are starting to scare me here
Hope this is not a sign of things to come, we need both Jan & Steve for our boating needs, Jan has things Steve doesn't and vis versa.Comment

I never had a problem with Jan always got my stuff, and he has some nice stuff. But for some reason when I try to order something it kicks me out with this wrong PayPal email address.Comment

Sent an email and got a postmaster error message.
Maybe he is having email issues?

I've done a couple / three orders with him and never had issues, but that was a while back. The past is just that; reason for my concern is cuz of the increasing number of people experiencing problems here lately. How's that ole saying go... what have you done for me lately??
I'll still need to scrape up more $$ so I can order everything at one time, Steve has the speedo & auto bailer I want, just wish he carrier'ed CF boat carriers / stands and had x442 CNC'ed props and Z-poxy in stock, the latter was recommened by several people in the how to protect wood interiors thread I started.Comment

I ordered an esc from him a few days ago. It was shipped the next day. Must be a glitch or something. Jan And Steve are both aces in my books.I also ordered a shaft from Jan a while back. His shopping cart made an error and sent me the wrong one. He quickly sent me the correct one and told me to just keep the one i received incorrectly.Comment

Jan And Steve are both aces in my books... I basically said the same thing in post #4 above and a few more times in other threads elsewhere in this forum.

, what-ever glitch there was seems to have been taken care of. Thanks for the updates guys, I agree with all of you, we really do need both vendors for our boat supplies. As you guys know, FE boats are a fairly small segment of the overall R/C market so not very many vendors specializing in that area.

Kintec problems
You ca order from Kintec as a guest and not PayPal. My problem is that they do not have technical support. Their telephone constantly give a busy signal and they do not have a public email address. I am through with them.Comment
