    Coupler/collet Info

This may seem like a stupid question but I was looking at couplers/collets for a build I'm doing. I was looking on the OSE site and came across the Aeromarine collet style coupler with one of the options as "5mm smooth hole motor side to .150 flex cable." What does this mean? I figure the 5mm is the motor shaft diameter. I found out the .150 is in inches and is 3.8mm.
I have a 5mm shaft motor and a 4mm diameter flex shaft that is about 10-5/8 inches long. I have already purchased a coupler that goes from a 5 to a 4mm, but I am puzzled by this terminology.

*****I got it figured out. I had to buy a digital caliper to get it.****

Ugh... Means one side is 5mm for the motor and other side is used for .150 flex cable.

Thanks, after a lot more searching I finally got it. This is my first boat build and my head is swimming with all the different jargon. It helps if you have a digital caliper!
No more comments please. I feel dumb enough already.

There are 5mm threaded motor end holes for Nitro engines, this simply means it is intended for electric motors.
Too many boats, not enough time...
