Has anyone ever considered putting CF on the outside of a hull?
I know, if the layup is not professional grade, it would suck.
Im talking about vacuum bagging process, where the hull is blue printed using epoxy, gel coat is scuffed. Some sort of perforated peel ply is used to minimize post process sanding. The layup would be in 2 or more parts, where the bottom of the hull is done, and then the top would be done to ensure overlap.
What do ya think?
