If its in your budget you may want to look at one of the larger lehner hi amp models. You can order them in a wide number of windings to get the kv rating you are after and they are seriously bad ass motors.

I run a twin SGX-2 rigger.
1527's in it. Smoking fast but not 90mph.
It's an oval boat for me, and no idea on top speed but I can do our Australian 1500m course (5x300m oval) in 1min flat. I still have head room on the props but just don't run it enough.
I built my twin for the wow (wank) factor.
It's great but singles are great also and with over 90mph then I would leave it.
Usually a oval nitro twin would be about 17pounds. Although 19pound is heavy if going. As hard as you are now then it's not hurting top speed. Remember a 12s boat has more power than a single 91 or 101 nitro, but electric will be heavier. My twin electric is heavier than nitro, not much though.
