Thats a very good news. I am going to do it without replacing the tube.... Many thanks again for your help.

Changing the stuffing tube is not as hard as you think , I was new to RC boating 12mths ago id happily do a stuffing tube in any hull now.
You can get away with not changing the tube at all and still run .187 or 3/16th cable and shaft. The upgrade kit on here looks great to me.
If you do decide to change it over, its quite easy and I can talk you through it if needed.

Thats a very impressive speed. Did you have to reinforced the hull to manage those speeds?

Probably would be a good idea to reinforce for that kind of speed but no i didnt..Now that was only 3 passes each time i went to the water i was just trying to see what speed i could get from that prop..After that i started using a m445 prop and was getting a good 3-4 min. run..

Can i ask what settings you used on the 180a esc re cells setting, did you set to auto or number of cells also what lvc voltage did you set to or did you set with no lvc. Reason for asking on the lvc it tends to cut in to early on some 180a & shut the boat to 50% throttle much to early. Thanks.

I set it to how many cells I was using..LVC turned off and just time the runs or like me I know exactly how many laps I can go around the pond I go to before its time to bring it in..
