Help, i need a nut, cant find at a hardware store.

I have a Genesis with the OOSE .187 flex drive and OSE .187 strut and the nut that holds the prop on is gone (fell off).

where can i get a replacement? All of the ones at Lowes or Home Depot are super chunky.

    Help me please.

      Where at in Ohio?

Close to Toledo I can help you out. Best bet is to buy the Zuber type nuts and buy extra :)

How about a nut with nylon inside of it. I just go to hardware store with part or can you find someone who can rethread the shaft and then use loctite or double nut it, get extras.

Try an actual fastener supply place, I don't by many fasteners from hobby places, can usually get 3x the number of parts for the same amount of money.
Locally I shop at a chain called Brafasco - Canadian but there has to be an American counterpart.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Also try ace hardware if you have them. They have many more specialty fasteners than the big box stores.

How about sources for the nylon prop washers that go between the between the drive dog and the strut gap? I'm always short on those...

Not sure why you need this? If you have proper gap it is not required. If you allow thrust to push on strut then you need teflon because Nylon will melt.
