    sv27

I am in the process of rebuilding my sv27.I ordered the strut and strut bushing for it.The one I got was the updated version. When I went to install I found that the bushing when inserted into the strut fell out the backside.I called Aquacraft and the tech was useless. He had no answer for me,some tech.Is there a sleeve that is inserted into the strut and then the bushing. When I tried to slide the bushing over the prop shaft,it will not fit.
Is there anyone that can assist me,as I am getting frustrated at not being able to solve this. Thanks

On my original old one the stuffing tube extended out the back of the hull into the stinger. The bushing goes inside the stuffing tube.No idea why the bushing doesn't fit the prop shaft.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Thanks alot;I need not know that the stuffing was inserted on the back.Thats sorted out and I found why the bushing would not fit the prop shaft.I sanded the prop shaft using 600 grit and then 1000grit.I mounted it in a vertial drill,Home made) and sanded that way.It now works.YES!!
Since I am here;on a 30" deep veep boat what is the max weight of stinger allowed, taken in mind the rudder? Thanks again;thankgod it is free advice.. (:>)
