You can run it, I wouldn't expect it to last very long! Just read the reviews at the bottom of the page, lots of failures and complaints.
I will not use the cheapest esc available, can damage too many things when they fail, can take out your motor, batteries and possibly your reciever depending on how it shorts out when it fails.
With the stress boats put on componentry - buy cheap buy twice. Or my favorite, Cheap, fast or reliable - choose two!

If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Adding to the above, if you look at the specs on that ESC with regards to the 'reverse Force' & 'Punch Mode' & 'Brake settings' it is obviously a car esc with a cooling plate added. Very few car ESC's work well in boats. They are just not designed to take the loads & surges that a boat set up puts on them. Especially the cheap ones.
But also 90A won't be big enough on that motor in a (I'm assuming) 26"-33" hull. By the time you get a prop on it big enough to drive the boat at a good speed you will most probably pop a cheap 90A ESC.
For 20 bucks more you can have one of these that should serve you well, depending on the size of the hull.

See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

either of these will more than do a SV, both are sold under a few different names, the Aquastart is more commonly known as a Swordfish.
If you already have the programming card for the 180 I believe the Turnigy marine 120 will work with the same card.
