help with what make of rudder & bracket I have?

Ok so im rebuilding my mean machine & want too add a dual water pick up rudder. The rudder is 1" wide by 3" long and 4" long tip to tip. The boat ran good with this rudder so just need find manufacturer brand so I can see if they make dual water rudder?... thnx!
