    Stinger vs hull length

I'm building a 54" Mono with dual motors and and can figure out what stinger length I should get.
Will the longer stinger work out better than the shorter ones??
If anyone could shed some light it would be appreciated.

    Thank you

The general rule is to have the stinger 10-13% of the boat length. Depending on the hull, some boats will run better on a longer or shorter one, but the best bet is always 10-13%.
