    Shane,

Does AMPBA have length limits like NAMBA? Assuming a reasonable bend on the stuffing tube and a 1527 size motor you will need almost 40" to fit everything in. Below is an example of 6S SAW rigger, but shows the layout of components to give you an idea of length. This is 39.25" long.

Depending on the size of the gas hull a conversion is possible, but it's usually tight if the stuffing tube is in place for a gas motor which places all the electronics crammed up in the front.

      Shane,

Most 6s riggers here in Australia are around 36 inches long and run Neu 1521 setups, The 6s riggers we build and race are 37inches long.
There is no length restriction in AMPBA.

Here is some pics of our 6s riggers

AMPBA does have a cell weight limit or 1P limit correct?

so because of hull size, are these more limited to 6s1p vs 6s2p ?
                      thanks

Yea we are limited to weight and 1p, but the weight limit for 6s is 975 grams which still lets us use up to 6000 mah or more depending on weight of the cells
