    55"shockwave hull any good ?

    Hey does any one have or know if these boats or hulls are any good ?
    I was thinking of picking one up and may be modding it to FE,
    But was not sure about how well they are built and run and handle.
    The is the boat.

    I had the old style shockwave. The hull quality is the same as most proboats, needing some reinforsment. The hardware is not to great, non breakaway rudders. The are pretty heavy with out the motors in them. The prices of new zenoahs have really come down, so the motor won't bring super much. I think you would be happier with a decent hull and hardware, unless you can get it for a steal.
