I still have mine Gus. No home for it so you're welcome to it if you can put it to use. It does not control each motor individually but in conjunction with rudder input. I have tried it but it is a real fine line to adjust for a fast boat. I think for FE you would only need the upper 80% adjustable rather than the full spectrum. Likely fine in a tug where exaggerated adjustment may actually be needed.

I just found a 47mlb kit so it may go in that. How much do you need for it?

you might also find this useful, I started this thread on 4 channel mixing for adjustable trim tabs a couple 3 years ago.

              Paul.
As you can see by a few posts on here, you don't need any extra mixing units.
All the mixing that you wish to do can be done within the radio that you linked to in your first post.
No need to over complicate it.
See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

Before introducing a steering/throttle mix... I'd suggest getting your steering trim mechanically zeroed (using the linkage) so that your radio only requires a click or two in either direction.
If it were to need several trim clicks in either direction the mix might cause one of your esc's to not arm when the battery is connected.
