    Delta Force Mini Storm (21.5”)

I recently purchased a Delta Force Mini Storm for my 6 yr old son, he’s getting a little bored with his Rio EP. My plan is to power it with one 2s Lipo 5000mah. I have a few Leopard 2860’s to choose between, a 2730KV and a 3400KV. ESC will be a Turnigy Marine 60A. Servo is a Hitec HS-225MG and for Hardware I’ll be using Fuller's Super 6/8 cell Mono kit w/ 1/8” Shaft. I have a few props, AquaCraft 36x55 & Octura X435. Everything was in a El lobo 2, it was just to light weight of a boat for him to enjoy.

My question is about rigging and hardware placement. Has anybody run one, if so how was everything laid out?

Thanks for any info and pictures

Hopefully the fullers is not too tall or too large for the transom.

I measured and held it up to it last night. Looks like with the top of the strut mount all the way up to the hull and deck seam it puts the prop shaft center line about a ¼” up with the strut adjusted in the middle. since the rear deck over hangs pretty far i'm thinking i'll mount the motor as far back as possible but still be able to get wrenches on the motor coupler

This is almost the same but, only 4mm drive bearings.
