    fantasm SAW anyone?

Hey just curious if anyone on here has used the fantasm for really fast runs, like 80mph+. 80mph is very fast but will this hull be able to reach 90-100? Thanks guys, a lot of people go fast with this boat but I haven't seen a 90mph one yet. I have seen the little FC daytona go 93mph curious what this hull will allow.

I'm checking into the Fantasm for you-should know more later.

Here's some NAMBA SAW Cat records in that realm :

    HPR 135 {53"} - Boyd M. - T-Offshore : 106.08 mph

    FCR Shocker - {37"} Mark F - Q-Offshore - 102.041mph

    Mark F's record run:

To make a 90-100 mph omlet you WILL have to break a few eggs. Just takes plenty of know-how, preparation, cubic money, and flotation

This is one Keith Bradley built, in the video he's running it on 6s sport trim. And he said you can run it on 8s for speed runs.

I wish that was my boat, I think that one is Keith's personal boat that he's taking to the SAW event this spring. He's gonna try and raise his speed record

I built this one and was trying to, but I never was able to get boat up to it full potential before busting up the hull on a high speed flip. 83 mph was my highest gps recorded speed on 5017's, but there was more to be had.

This is the best vid I have, it's short and doesn't show it at full speed but close. I was running with 4518 props and broke a flex on the last pass. I think this hull is cable of 3 digits, I just needed some more reinforcing to survive testing.

Also Keith Bradley has built up more of these hulls then anyone, he is the one to ask.

Through the trial and error of other builds I'm building a hopeful contender to survive 100+ mph. I'm sure this hull can reach the speed. But reacting to unfavorable conditions or flight patterns the regular fiberglass hull needed major reinforcing. I have a build going on here under MADD CATT fantasim saw boat. So I'm curious to see what others say as I'm trying to push it to that limit but want it to survive the testing and be able to run again and again. :)
