What size ??

So as per the ose site i ordered a. 187 teflon tube and the site said i needed a 9/32 brass tube so that is what i ordered but the teflon liner will not fit in the brass do i need a 1/4 brass tube???

I NEVER run Teflon. It's pointless. 1/4" tube with no liner for .187" cable.

Does it need to have allot of room without the liner cause the 9/32 tube is way bigger without the liner it has good tolerance in a 3/16 tube??

Ordered the same ones Mamba! Just stretch the teflon tubing,it will then slide right in and it will shrink back to normal inside the brass tubing

YEP! it makes the teflon tubing longer and thinner,stretch it just enough to fit inside the brass,slide it in,wait a few days for it to shrink to it orginal diam and cut to length

When i get .130 cable and liner, i have to SAND the liner some so it slides in with a small nudge. OSE has a table showing with/without liner and correct sizes to use.

Good deal!! Dont worry if its a little loose,it will shrink very tight inside the brass!
