Boat Stands

I know Ive built a few now and all have been different styles.

This is my latest one. I wanted to cut down on the footprint, less material/weight. Most importantly it will give me a good shape to strap the boat down during transportation.

Anyone else build similar or have unique/useful designs on these cheap PVC style stands?

I need to build a stand for a cat. Do you not cover the prop at all?

I build mine like that some times,
But half as long and no center pipe used, And also I use T's at the bottom legs instead of elbows,
It let the two rails connect to each other with small piece of pipe for the width of it,
Then when I transport I can add small 4" or more pieces for out riggers to the open T ends.
Just in case to stop a roll over,
With the way I drive some times.

No, I never covered mine props.
I just watch what I stick behind the boat or add a buffer of some kind.

For my 50 x 17 pro cat soon.
I still need the hardware for it and body work to be fixed.

I usually remove the props on my boats while not in use. At minimum I cover the prop with a split pool noodle.

Cheap & nasty, but I just use a bit of pool noodle & hot glue. Works for monos, cats & hydros. Easy to stack for storage too.

Mine might be a little bulky, but it protects the front and rear of my boat. And I have the little kick outs for the feet for added stability will in transport.

I wanted one that would hold my large mono on both a table and on a stand as well as hold my other cats. It's a little large for the smaller boats though.

Nice, That just 11" bigger than my black stealth.

And I like those Cheap & nasty stands to.
