Where can I find that kind of rudder ???

Hello,

I' ve got a very cool rudder and I can' t find the same model. The blade lenght is 150mm with 4 water inlets, the extended bracket lenght is 160mm, symetric centre mount . This rudder have 2 arms for a push-pull mount.
