Fast Apperition advise

Hello all I am new to this, but learning fast, I have a 41inch Cat, Ineed it go fast 60mph min.
At the moment It is a bare boat. could some give me a list from back to front on what would work good, Prop , drives, esc, motor etc, I want to run on single set up, but if it doesnt seem the best route then twins it will have to be.

Have you had a boat before? because if your going to a 41in and its your first time with one, id probably recommend you leave it and get somthing smaller and try that before you go to a 60mph cat.
