I've been able to drill them out with a good split point drill. Collet may be ruined afterword though.

If your collet is still attached to your motor, you might wanna tape it up with masking tape, just incase any small peices of metal get into it when you try and cut it off etc

good point iamandrew, I had to drill one out once and filled a t600 outrunner with metal shavings. Took quite awhile using masking tape and putty to remove it from the motor.

A left hand drill bit will sometimes back it right out.

Good tip sundog.....I bet a sharpthreaded screw held in a drill on reverse...might grab it and back it out too. There is also some 19.95 for a limited time only!!! late night tv infomercial thing that is designed to remove stripped anythings.

I have a set of this: http://www.amazon.com/Alden-4507P-Gr.../dp/B000Q60UOO I have sucessfully removed set screw from pinion gear in my 1/10 electric buggy with this, it takes a bit to figure out which diameter to use (set screw was 1.5mm dia.)
This box has four different sizes but the smallest ( #1) should work. They are simply labeled as #1, 2, 3, 4, no specific diameters labeled.
