    8s lipo MM vid

    I said last week that I'd post a vid of my Mean Machine running 8s lipo.
    It has a 12xl 1.22:1 gears, hacker master navy 77, 25c 4800 lipos, and an M440 prop. 57.2 mph on gps. I swear I'm gonna have to learn to drive this thing all over again. The last part of the vid shows it hitting a big stick in the water, fortunately it only cost me a break-away screw on the rudder! Here it is:

            that is a fast boat!
            I looks pretty stable to me in the water and if the temps are good you should consider propping up a bit and then some more...
            :)
            :::::::::::::::. It's NEVER fast enough! .:::::::::::::::

              that is just sick fast, and I was hoping for close to 40 with 4S and a 10xl. Might not be a fantasy after all.

                Fossil fuel is obsolete, case and point our present predicament with our full size autos. FE all the way in every way, I love the stealth blow by speed.

                    What I understand is that it will not draw as many amps at full throttle. You will have slightly less starting power but I have not noticed it when using brushless.
