Anyone have machine tooling access?

I am trying to grind two drill blanks to their exact centers. Making prop balancing shafts. I have a small lathe and wet grinder but just not the access to the right tool making equipment. If somebody will grind two 3/16 tool blanks on both ends to their precise exact center I would appreciate it. I'm wanting to have myself a very precise prop balancer. As those of you know the simple ones out there usually work fine but I'm rather precise in this next goal I have in mind. I will mail you the blanks and send some $ for return postage and your help. Kintec Racing was having great difficulty finding a shop that can do that grinding. I haven't heard from him if he found a guy yet.

Could the job be done on a cnc lathe,
Are the drill blanks harden steel ?

Hss. Yes tool blanks are very hardend. I don't think a lathe can do this. I think you need a tool grinding machine. Very precise. I think a small machine is about $3000.

I'm going to try a local machine shop, probably not going to be able to but if I do I'll let anybody know if they are looking for similar services.
