    Bling rocket 25" setup advise

I am thinking of buying one of these HOR hulls purely to run on smaller ponds near my house, the plan is for speeds around high 30's and long run times where I can do full speed turns (or near to it) As all my packs are 3s I would like to run 6s1p and wonder if they would fit and whether the following setup would be recommended.

    Suppo 3126 outrunner (1300kv)
    t120
    X440
    4mm flex

    Matt.
Should be a nice set up. I've run the 2200kv version on 4s in one of those hulls.
Just a couple of things though.
When these Heli motors are installed in a boat all the longitudinal load is taken on that little cir-clip at the front bearing. I've had one twist out of the slot, so you should run a thrust bearing against the motor mount, which I assume will be water cooled.
A great prop on these boats in that rev range is the 440/3 blade. Makes for more stable turns. For a bit less load & longer run times the 437/3 is almost as quick.

    Cheers.
    Paul.

Thanks, do you think the T120 will handle the amps? I have an apparition with a pair of these outrunners and T120's and runs well, figured if I stick to the same combo I will always have a spare in case one blows rather an go for the T180

It should do. That was something I was going to mention my other post, but forgot. It would be wise to add a couple of extra capacitors just to be on the safe side.
