Epoxy three short pieces of brass tube just large enough diameter for the bullets to pass through into the three holes in the top of the radio box. Then seal over the tube and wire with a piece of shrink tubing. Nice and waterproof and makes removing the esc easy.

Mic and Mark hit the nail on the head. Also, if you go with the UL1 set up, you really need to replace the bullets that come with the motor and ESC. I've seen them go bad and take out the ESC and in some cases the motor also. 4MM is okay but get a quality bullet such as the Castle or OSE.

I'm looking into a leo 3665 2100kv and proboat 80amp esc. All my boats use atleast 5.5's or better

By all means, use what ever you bullet you want. You'll just need a larger size brass tubing to feed the 5.5 bullets though. For my P-Limited tunnel, I find the 4mm bullets from ESC to motor adequate but I use 5.5's on all my other heat racing applications.
