    What "C: rating for 2s 7.4 Lipos

I am planning out a Mean Machine build and have already ordered a Feigao 10XL, and a CC Hydra 120. I haven't decided on batts yet either 12 ib3600(but I'm having trouble finding them) or 2 2s 7.4 Lipos.

WHat is the minimum C rating I should get on the Lipos so I don't puff them? 15C, 20C, 25C?

    What is the Minimum mA's I should get? 3400, 4000, 5000?
    Thanks

The higher in both numbers you can afford both in money and size "dimensions" are the best. however a QUALITY 20C 4000MAh pack should get you there. You may be able to run 4S2P in that hull. there are a few build threads maybe you could check it out or wait till you get the hull built and see how much weight and room you have for packs. Lipo is the ways to go these days but watch what brand and where you get them. trying to cut corners will hurt. Oh, and make sure to share a build thread for us to watch!!!

I am running a pair of elite 4800(4s) packs in mine, so far so good, haven't started proping up yet but the packs are only just hitting 100F(and the boats getting into the 40's).

To be safe I run 5000 25c 2s packs in series. My cats pulling around 120 amps constant. Pack temps are around 120. When I parallel my set of 4s 3300s temps barley hit 100. Both configurations give me around 4 minutes.
