      simple answer... yes. Bullets handle alot higher current, no plastic to melt, simple to use, easier to soldier. I only use deans on my small planes that pull under 40A, everything else is bullets. I have had deans get that hot that the plastic has melted and fused the connectors together.

        Deans are terrible. The are a pain to solder up, and my UL-1 de-soldered them easily and one fused as in Black Snake's post as above; the factory esc ones de-soldered ruining my first session with the UL-1. EC-5 my brotha! In this case, bigger is always better.
