This hull Is a very mild set up with a 10xl, 4s (#2 2s packs In series), x-power 100a with a x438 on solinger mono HW and all 5mm bullets.

The shaft Is smooth as silk and everything Is wired correctly I checked this many times. The water leak Is the only thing that makes sense. It did not burn down bad but, It did smoke with a glitch. There Is a short somewhere In the esc. I pluged It back In after the glitch and It smoked.

The esc has smaller water Inlets so, that limits the water just the same as a smaller line adapter.

Sorry to hear of your disaster with the hose popping off.
The X-Power ESCs water cooling pipes are 3.5mm OD.
I found that medium size silicon tube from my LHS fitted fine as it has an ID of 1/8 inch ( 3mm ).
The water flow is fine on my Twin Jolly with this set up.
