My 300 amp 3-16s Fightercat speed controller has a heat sink for the back of the circuit board. Between the board and the grease is a thin tape or plastic, presumably for electrical isolation while still allowing heat transfer. Does anyone know where I can get some of this stuff?

This is what I have found so far and am very tempted to order http://cpc.farnell.com/electrolube/t...und/dp/SA01013 .Could be very handy. Usually the local electronics shops will have heat sink compound but it does not harden. Most of these ESC's need something to bond the heat sinks.I recently had a Castle lose it bond when I hit it with Conformal Coating. -
That's not what I'm looking for. This stuff is about the thickness of scotch tape. If I can't find any that's probably what I'll do, though.Fast Electrics Have A Small Carbon Wake

So Mark F, the kapton tape has high thermal conductivity and good electrical insulating properties, correct? And by the way, those 6s 5000 mah batts work great in the mono. Thanks- MikeFast Electrics Have A Small Carbon Wake
