    is there a "magic formula"....

So after having my osprey for a while i have decided to embark on my first build. I have a 35" delta force pirate that i have strengthened with carbon/kevlar, i plan on running a 1717 1580kv, x445 on 6S. I do more sports running/SAW passes, and wanted to know if there is a "magic formula" that you use when setting up a new boat, for the spacing of the stinger/rudder/trim tabs.

    Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I wish you a good build! Here is a rather recent build thread that contains alot of good and useful info. This being the week of Thanks Giving here in the US, you might pick up more info reading this thread and do a search. Sometimes it takes awhile for people to pick uo your question.
    Here is the link: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...rate-1st-build.
Also this member has some follow-up observation with his build: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...te-COG-setting
I hope this helps a bit!
