    help with setup sf300pro

hi all problem seems i have a bad disk as it wont instal win7 nor my laptop with xp updated to vista or should i say not compapatable to my version of windows as error is hifeiv4.02 is not valid win32 app. would anyone know where i can upload a newer file i went to hifei.com and download under construction would also like to get input on wireing this beast as i came up with that as per pictures both red and both black on esc need to be together first then a single batt connection is made for each but when i went to buy connectors a local hs guy say no and tried to tell me to just wire two batts one set and two batts the other set so the discussion started so now i would like to get more input as i came up with hook two redds and two blacks from two bats together which is parrales and same for other two batts the red to black and the other red and black would hook to esc which would be two red to one final batt red and two blacks to one final batt now my batts r 6s 5000 mah but i plan on running 12s 2p for 10000 mah which is reason for parralell and then series hook up of batts then final connect to the esc any input diagram of best way to wire this would be appreciated

          rather than as you have 6S2P + 6S2P =12S2p
          go 12S1P + 12S1P = 12S2P

The 4 way tangle between your 6S2P pairs I see as a major problem... if any one pack falters,, it's pair partner will bear the full circuit load.

run the pair 12S1p and connect at ends.

Do remember an external cap bank to help buffer all that stored power to the esc !

Get yourself a Weller 175 watt soldering iron, Weller part # sp175. You can solder 8 gauge wire to 8mm bullets no problem. Let the iron heat up fully, 20 minutes or so, before you use it. Allows you to get in and out quick, without heating up the speedo/battery very much.

I use a 230 watt gun available at Radio Shack. Solder gun is up to temp and solders in less than a minute.

                  Hey
I do thoroughly recommend something like this to stop that God almighty crack of lightening that will occur when the final 2 plugs join batts t to esc !!

I know Swordfish make a basic antizap gadget.. if you dont have one, use this type

                  antizap-easy.JPG

In Australia we have to deck mount safety loops.. but this sorta identifies what's inside yours if you dont surface mount
Thats AWG6 cable to 8mm HD plugs. switch at tleft for SF300 on/off.. on left is switch for resistor.
Hold bypass sw for 5-10 secs.. then plug together mains..
Do remember.. there is sufficent energy between those final 2 plugs to BURN
