    T120/cap ?

I picked up some platic sheeting on my prop but did not know it and goosed the throttle and pulled the prop out of the collet, anyway esc shut down and it looks like the caps are slightly puffed.
can I do a continunity check with a meter to verify they did go bad? and if so will replacing the caps possibaly fix the esc.
there was no smoke or anything and the motor and rx are still good. checked by installing another esc.
    impulse 31, 5s 5000mah 1900kv 3674 leo motor. m545 prop, 49.1 mph.

The caps need to be replaced if they have a bulge on the end.

Yes but can you test them with a meter as they are not bulged that mutch and in fact its even hard to tell if they are, they are just slightly rounded on the end.

You need to remove them to test them with a meter so you might as well replace them.

and you need a meter with capacitor checker also but if there puffed you need to change them

easyer said then done, hard to find the pos position on the curcit board so Im going to follow the guide lines I found in the search section on water proofing and installing caps on a t120.
                    thanks.

It isn't necessary to mount them on board. You can put them close to the board on the cables
