    Adhesive for Lexan?

What is the best to glue Lexan?
I am making a sub hatch for my Mean Machine, the .050 11x14 Lexan needs to be extended , what type of adhesive? Epoxy, CA?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

I used the two part epoxy that comes in the plunger. The one that is made for plastics. It smells really strong so use in well ventilated area.

A MUCH better adhesive for Lexan is E6000 by ShoeGoo. This is an industrial strength adhesive with remains flexible. The problem with using epoxy is when the Lexan flexes - and it does - the epoxy will crack or un-stick. Not so the E6000. It is found in hobby and craft stores, and of course on-line.

I like Goop which I guess is similar to ShoeGoo. I find it's also one of the best things for attaching pool noodle.

IPS weld-on #16. I work with it and its really strong. Cures Fast but be careful its a little thin. Dont squeeze the tube or you'll glue everyhing on your bench together.
