The right position of the striger.

    Hi all.
What is the right position of the striger on a mono hull?
From center to right or from center to left?

Depends in the size of the boat and the size of props you intend to run. Generally center or slightly starboard

A longer rudder will combat prop walk.

easy way to remember is " the boat LEFT the port"
          starboard is right.

            Yup. Drivers right.
A rudder that's too long will give all sorts of bad handling characteristics on a mono.
