    epoxy coating

    what can i use to coat all the wood in my supervee 27...

    This stuff is a little expensive but a little goes a long way. I use cpes on any piece of wood that goes in my boats. I use it in big boats also. It mixes 1:1 and soaks right into the wood. It adds very little wieght. Waterproofs it and makes it a little stronger.

      looks like good stuff, but i was thinking more like something i can by at lowes or homedepot and brush it on

        You can buy quart size 3m fiberglass polyester resin at those places. The last batch I purchased had a clear, but light tan tint. Brushes on very easy. Follow directions.

            Just don't mix the two if u start with one then finish with it

              Use regular hobby epoxy, 20 minute is fine. Thin it slightly with alcohol so it brushes on easily. Easy, cheap and uses what you probably already have.
