scoops on a cat

how tall should the tall snorkle scoops on a 34" cat be? like the ones on the Maritimos.

Upon quick scaling from photos I'd go with 50mm or so Jesse.

these ARE scoops from Kintec, I just think they are a large.
I don't have measurements cause I haven't found a good side view of a real one to get the proportional height.
Here she is before trimming down the scoops.
I am thinking closer to the top of the canopy... anybody with a good side view of a 1:1 cat? (and not the feline version...)

How about some Naca Ducts? I installed these on my 45' Twin Lazer to let a good amount of air in.

Thanks Jay, you had a good suggestion about cutting down to the top of the canopy.
Now to fill with foam and cut down... I'll post up the result.

I use cheap windsheild washer squrter covers i got from the autoparts store,, pritty cheep too and hollow, if you go to my page and look at my cats i think i have them on all my cats!!!
