    Cheetah twin build question

How close to the bottom edge of my sponsoons, should the bottom of my stingers be? Should they be as close as I can get them to the bottom, or up a little, for some reason 4mm comes to mind, any advice would be appreicted, thanks.

I've been going 3mm or 1/8th from the trailing edge of the pad.

Any chance you could post some photos of your build? I'm thinking about a Cheetah twin myself.
      I let the dogs out...

Anyone got any input as far as side to side placement, middle of sponsoons, close to the outer edge, or close to the inside edge? So is 3mm up from bottom and middle side to side what I want, if not chime in, cause I gona start on this and thats what I am going with as of now, I would think it would turn better with them in close to the inside edge, but dont know?

I go as tight to the inside as is comfortable with bolts on the inside.

That is about right. They are nice.7mm bushings should hold out well and you can just glue in 3/16 shafts. How much surface do you have to work with?I went hunting FC forum but nobody stated.

Looks like its 44mm H by 31mm W those would fit perfect, just havn a little trouble pulling the trigger on them at over twice the price of others, but they sure are nice, almost bought them last night, ha ha. You should see if they could mold that boat with a little more stinger area and a little more over hang in the rear, I like the room in the hull, thanks Shawn.

It has already been changed. Those drives aren't near as much as these http://mbp-rc.de/MBP-click-Drive-Power-Trimm-mini-32mm These were to be the next choice that could fit.I could easily get the new modded hull for less. But they are very nice.If I rebuild my Shocker perhaps.

I just looked up my Paypal and those drives were only $111 for the pair(Canadian) but we are pretty much at par. Just remember because we are not in Europe we don't get dinged the VAT. PropShop always gets me messed up with this.
