      Pool noodles are great. The point to stress here is that just stuffing them under the deck can leave you unprotected from great loss if you do not secure them. I have seen a number of major mishaps that left the pool noodles floating off without the rest of the boat. You might be surprised at how easily many boats split along the deck line and separate. A simple cable tie around the motor mount and through two tiny holes in the noodles could save your electronics from a watery grave.

            Never seen the stuff in the green can. Red for sealing gaps, blue for windows and doors, orange for fire resistance and black for large gaps. Where did you see the green can.
