Correct drill bit for slip fit

Anyone know the correct drill bit to drill a shaft coupler for slip fit on a 5mm motor shaft?

Have looked everywhere, but all I find is a #9 bit is 0.1960. and the person whom posted those comments on a different forum says that is a slip fit for 5mm, Is this correct?

    Thanks in advance:)
    Thank you much!

I ordered a 5.00 mm twist drill "Cleveland" brand. Good US made quality. Reality is its a drill bit, so its going to drill slightly over anyhow. Just make sure to use plenty of cutting oil/lube and to use a proper center drill and predrill the center only about the size of the web of the final drill. This will yield the tightest hole you can get with a twist drill.

For lube I prefer tap magic. If I cant get it just some solid LARD rubbed on the drill bit at speed. Dont laugh, it works and well (old Hungarian machinist taught me this).

Why not drill slightly under size and then buy a 5mm ream ?
Just measure the motor shaft as all are not 5mm, may be slightly under ?
